Terms of service
Last updated 5 August 2026. These terms cover the HOMAURA website at homaura.com.au and the HOMAURA waitlist. Separate terms will apply to the HOMAURA application when it launches, and you will be asked to accept them at that point.
The short version. This is a marketing site for a product that is still being built. Joining the waitlist is free, creates no obligation on either side, and guarantees nothing about pricing, features or dates. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice.
1. Agreement
By using this website or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
2. What HOMAURA is, today
HOMAURA is a product in development. This website describes an intended product and shows screens captured from a working build. It is not an offer to sell, and it is not a commitment to deliver any particular feature.
Features shown may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. Launch timing may move. Pricing has not been set and nothing on this site fixes it.
3. The waitlist
- Joining is free and creates no contract, no account and no obligation to buy anything.
- Being on the waitlist does not reserve a place, a price, or early access, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
- Submit only your own email address. Do not submit somebody else's.
- We may remove an address that appears automated, abusive or invalid.
- You can be removed at any time by emailing hello@homaura.com.au.

4. Not advice
HOMAURA is designed to support daily routines. It is not a medical device, and this website does not provide medical, clinical, legal or financial advice.
Nothing described here replaces professional judgement, a prescription, a care plan, or the instructions of a doctor, pharmacist, allied health professional or support coordinator. Always follow professional advice about medication and health.
Where the site refers to Supported Independent Living, providers or support workers, it describes an intended capability of the product. It is not a statement about NDIS funding, eligibility or compliance, and it is not endorsed by any government agency.
5. Using this website
You may read this site, and share links to it. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- submit automated, bulk or fraudulent entries to the waitlist
- interfere with the operation or availability of the site
- scrape, copy or reuse the content for a competing commercial purpose
6. Intellectual property
The HOMAURA name, the infinity mark, the wordmark, the interface designs, the application screenshots and the written content on this site are ours or licensed to us, and remain so.
Stock photography on this site is licensed from Pexels. Credits are listed in the site source. Those photographs are licensed to us and are not sublicensed to you.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the waitlist, at any time and without notice.
8. Liability
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows: this website is provided as is; we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of doing so.
9. Third party links
Where this site links to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of the state in which HOMAURA is operated.
